General Manager & Executive Chef, Dram Yard
Kat has worked in the hospitality world her entire career. From a kosher deli in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to a bakery in Bar Harbor, Maine to a restaurant in Kauai, Hawaii, she has experience working across many cuisines in all corners of the country. Kat has a teenage son which is why she’s got the mama bear stare down. When she’s not cooking or eating, she’s getting dirty planting and playing with bugs in her garden or floating in her pool staring up at the stars and talking to the owl that lives in her yard.
Housekeeping Manager, ARRIVE Wilmington
Pauline prides herself in her dedication to making cleanliness next to godliness. She has been in the hospitality business for over 18 years from Kingston Jamaica, New York City, Miami, and now in Wilmington, NC. The years of raising her two daughters were her favorite time next to any workday. Yes, work may also be a hobby that she enjoys way too much. Some of her favorite things now are enjoying her two grand prizes – as she warmly calls her grandchildren – and any beach day is a great day, mon!
Front Office Manager, ARRIVE Wilmington
Brad graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business Management. Most of his free time is spent soaking up the sun, finding the best waves, and competing in local sand volleyball tournaments. But, because of bartending, concierge, restaurant and resort management, let’s just say he knows what goes on around town and after dark. He is also known to give beach bike tours down in Wrightsville Beach to support the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Only bookable in person, with him.
Accounting Manager, ARRIVE Wilmington
Zak is a lifetime numbers lover, and problem solver. His move to #beancounter came after many years in food service, including having a hand in the opening of Wilmington’s first Panera Bread. After his first child came on the scene, motivation ensued and he trekked back to school, where he obtained an accounting degree and started his new path. Now with eight years of accounting experience in tow, Zak spends his weekdays crunching numbers and his weekends trying to keep up with three amazing kids and one incredible wife (while throwing in some woodworking, tinkering, and golf as time allows). To him, age is just a number.
