With 20+ years of experience in hospitality ranging from retirement homes to strip clubs (not to mention some time spent at Foundation Room, Opryland Nashville, and Kimpton), Nina definitely knows where we keep the extra towels. A Star Wars obsessed freak, she prides herself on liking animals more than humans and sweet over savory. Cake is her favorite color.

With a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration (humble brag), Alex keeps our kitchens running smoothly and our food tasting delicious. But besides his impressive resumé, he also has an extremely noteworthy sock collection — just ask him (actually don’t).

A native Angeleno whose career in social media, PR and marketing has led her to working with some of the best chefs and restaurants around, Dana has an extensive background in food & beverage. A loyal Taco Bell consumer (her favorite menu item being the Crunchwrap Supreme), she hopes to one day tour their test kitchen. Her motto in life: Pics or it didn’t happen.

Originally from the northeast, Matthew moved to Southern California to pursue his passion of front and back of house operations within boutique hotels. Having helped open multiple properties in Philly and Chicago, Mathew initially got his start in hotel management in Boston where his family is from. Although he continues to be told he doesn’t have the right “look,” Matthew will never give up on his dreams of becoming a male model. His personal hashtag? #baldisbeautiful.

Hailing from Nashville where he was previously the General Manager of L.A. Jackson restaurant located within the Thompson Hotel, Matt comes from a vast background specializing in hospitality. Besides the fact that he smells good and wears some dope glasses, he also knows a thing or two about beer, warm gin shots and uncomfortable situations. According to him, he’s the most boring person you’ll ever meet.
