Hustle & Dough began in 2016 as a part-time cottage-bakery-sourdough-baking project. The goal was simple enough: bring the highest quality and freshest naturally leavened breads and pastries to the people of Memphis.
Today, Hustle & Dough has become a full-scale sourdough bakery operation selling retail breads, pastries, and a “bread focused” café menu. We take pride in everything we do, especially the techniques and quality of ingredients we use to make our food.
