PETS

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, well-behaved dogs are allowed. A one-time $50 cleaning fee will be added to your room total.

Q: What about cats?
A: Mmmm….

Q: He’s a friendly cat.
A: No cats are friendly.

Q: What about my iguana?

TEXTING

Q: Why do I have to give you my mobile phone to book a room?
A: We use text message to interact with guests. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 760.227.7037 with any questions or requests, and during your stay you can text us for anything you need, including room service, housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, valet, etc.

Q: What if I don’t want to receive texts?
A: To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.

Q: Do all those texts cost money?
A: Your standard text messaging charges will apply to all texts with us. We don’t charge anything extra, though.

RESERVATIONS

Q: How do I book a room?
A: Click the BOOK NOW link at the top of the page, email us at palmsprings@arrivehotels.com, call us at 760.507.1650, or text us at 760.227.7037.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes, to cancel your reservation, please call us at 760.507.1650, text us at 760.227.7037, or email at palmsprings@arrivehotels.com.

Q: Are you going to charge me if I cancel my room?
A: You may cancel your reservation without any penalty until 5pm the day prior to your check-in date. Cancellations after 5pm the day prior to your check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your first night’s stay, which will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the room. [Please note our Coachella cancellation policy. For stays between April 14th-24th (Coachella weekends), you may cancel your reservation without any penalty until fourteen days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your entire stay, which will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the room.]

Q: Can I reserve a block of rooms?
A: Yeah, if we have space. Please call us at 760.507.1650, text us at 760.227.7037, or email at palmsprings@arrivehotels.com.

Q: When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?
A: Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Discover) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your first night’s stay the day before your arrival, and the rest of your stay will be charged to your card at check-in. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $50.00 per day. (If you select a prepaid rate, your card will be charged the full amount of your stay when you make your reservation.) All other charges made to your room during your stay – including room service, restaurant and bar charges, etc. – will also be charged to this card as the expenses are incurred, and all outstanding charges will be charged to your card upon check-out. You may change the card on file with us at any time by visiting the front desk or calling us at 760.507.1650.

 ROOMS

Q: Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
A: No, we don’t offer rollaways or cribs for our room. Please note that the maximum occupancy for each room is two people.

Q: Can I have a party in my room?
A: No, but as long as you aren’t bothering anyone, we probably won’t notice.

Q: Can I smoke in the room?
A: No, and if you do, we’ll slap a $250 cleaning fee onto your room total.

Q: Can I vape in the room?
A: That’s smoking.

Q: That’s totally different.
A: No, it’s not.

Q: What about chewing?
A: That’s just gross.

Q: What about on my patio? Or by the pool?
A: Nah, not there either. But the parking lot is a total free-for-all. Go wild.

HOTEL SERVICES

Q: Do you have free wi-fi?
A: Yeah, and it’s really, really fast. We kinda went overboard.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yeah, you can order from Reservoir, Customs Coffee, or Ice Cream & Shop(pe) anytime each respective place is open, and we’ll run it up to you.

Q: Do you have a spa?
A: We don’t have a spa onsite, but we know some killer practitioners who can come to your rooms for massages, hair styling, makeup services and more. Just text us at 760.227.7037 before or during your stay, and we’ll make it happen.

Q: Do you offer laundry services?
A: We can help you get stuff cleaned, ironed, pressed, etc. Just text us at 760.227.7037.

Q: Do you have a bike I can borrow?
A: Yeah, we have some sweet wheels you can use around town.

Q: Do you have a hoverboard I can borrow?
A: No way, dude, get your own.

PARKING
Q: Do you have valet parking?
A: Yeah, right out front.

Q: Is it free?
A: If you’re staying here, yeah.

Q: Do you have self-parking?
A: Yeah, in the back off Wawona St.

Q: Is that free?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you have bike parking?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you have horse parking?
A: Yeah, why not.

Q: Wait, have you actually parked a horse before?
A: Pffft, have we ever parked a horse before…

AROUND THE HOTEL

Q: Can people who aren’t staying at the hotel hang out by the pool?
A: Most of the time, it’s cool.  You gotta be 21 years old though.  And sometimes, if we’re hosting events or we’re really crowded, our pool area may be restricted to guests only.

Q: Can I host a meeting or event at ARRIVE?
